Exploration Map for Lemaire Pop-Up in Jiansuo Hutong

Through the field investigation of Hutong named Jiansuo, I took several live photos and rendered them. According to the actual road conditions and environment, l deepened what I thought would be pop stores insertion field in the photo. In addition, this section of Jiansuo alley has a continuous and dense section that can serve as a showcase for lemaire's new collection. It's like creating a fashion conversation with the masses, which greatly increased the customer experience.

Brief
Since Lemaire is not yet widely known in China, a pop-up store concept has been proposed as a strategic approach to promote the brand and test its market potential.
Both the pop-up and the independent store are set in Jiansuo, a quiet, lifestyle-oriented hutong in Beijing, which aligns perfectly with Lemaire’s minimalist aesthetic and functional philosophy. The pop-up is designed as an immersive exploration: customers receive a map that guides them through a curated journey. Scattered throughout the hutong, around 12 Lemaire-inspired art installations are placed, each telling a part of the brand’s story. These installations create a narrative-driven experience that encourages discovery, enhances customer engagement, and generates impactful brand awareness.
