In this project, I led a complete brand overhaul, redefining the brand’s values, mission, purpose, and positioning through in-depth brand diagnosis, market research, and competitor analysis. I revamped the design system, including the logo, social media marketing, email campaigns, and designed the presentation slides. As team lead, I structured the content, coordinated between team members, and presented the final strategy to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Founded in 1931, OnTrak started out designing custom running shoes for the US Olympic team ahead of the 1932 US-hosted Olympic Games, held in its headquarter city of Los Angeles, California.
